Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Baseline Candidate Services

Candidate account creation, baseline skill benchmarking, standard profile generation, and public scorecard sharing are provided free of charge. No fee is levied and therefore no refund is applicable to standard candidate accounts.

2. In-House Facility Training Cohorts

Candidates enrolled in fee-bearing practical training programs may cancel their enrollment subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations prior to cohort orientation: 100% refund of tuition fees paid, minus a standard ₹500 administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations within first 3 lab calendar days: 75% refund of tuition fees.
• Cancellations after 3 lab calendar days: Due to mentor reservation and hardware workstation allocation, no refunds are granted once the fourth training day has commenced.

3. Corporate Employer Accounts & Credits

Corporate access plans and custom assessment credits purchased by employers:

• Unused credit bundles are refundable within 14 days of invoice date upon formal written notice to corporate@ornair.com.
• Credits consumed for candidate unlocking or interview scheduling are non-refundable once contact data has been revealed.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 banking business days in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway norms.
